Each placement (for example Home: Featured venues or Community: Sponsored card) has a limited number of campaigns per market at the same time. When a placement is full in a market for your dates, Niteshif can't approve another until space opens — pick other dates or markets.
Space is checked when your campaign is approved, not when you pay.
