1. 1Open Ads Manager from Promote on the Venue dashboard or Get spotlighted on the Talent dashboard.
2. 2Pick what to promote: a featured venue, a sponsored job, a banner or a Talent Spotlight.
3. 3Choose where it runs: Local (one market), Network-wide (every open market) or À la carte (markets you pick).
4. 4Pick a package and a start date, add your words and images, then review the price.
5. 5Pay by card. Your campaign then waits for Niteshif review before it can run.
6. 6Track status, views and clicks on the Campaigns tab and payments on the Billing tab.
