Being hired, or a shift's time passing, isn't proof the work happened. So before a review, the work is confirmed:
- 1After the date of a hired job/casting or an assigned shift, either side opens Work & reviews and taps Ask to confirm.
- 2The other side gets a notification and taps Confirm, or Didn't happen with a short note.
- 3If both agree, the work is confirmed. If someone disputes it, Niteshif checks and decides.
For a venue shift where the team member clocked in and out, the venue's confirmation is enough — the clock records count as the team member's side.
- Only the talent, the venue owner and active venue managers can confirm.
- You can't confirm work for a venue you own or manage.
- Each job application or shift can be confirmed once.
