Talent reviews on Niteshif come only from venues, and only after the work has been confirmed. Each review rates four things from 1 to 5 stars, weighted equally:
- Work quality
- Reliability & punctuality
- Communication
- Professionalism
Reviewers can add short factual feedback about the work. Reviews must not comment on looks, personality, or anything like race, religion, gender, age, disability or sexuality.
The score
- Each review's score is the average of its four ratings.
- The overall rating is the average of those review scores, shown to one decimal.
- Only published reviews of confirmed work count. Hidden reviews never count.
- Fewer than 3 reviews is labeled Limited history.
- No reviews yet shows as “New to Niteshif — no verified reviews yet”, never as zero stars.
Pro membership, ad spending, sponsored placements and profile completeness never change a rating or whether work is verified.
